At Aahad Hair, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.



Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 6 PM or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.



Shipping Time (UAE)

Dubai: Same day or next day delivery

Sharjah / Ajman: Same day or next day delivery

Abu Dhabi / Al Ain: 1–2 business days

Other Emirates: 1–2 business days


Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, traffic, or high-demand periods.



International Shipping


International shipping times vary based on the destination country and local customs processing.

Customers are responsible for customs taxes, duties, or import fees (if applicable).



Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Shipping / delivery fees are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.



Incorrect Address or No Response


Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.


We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customer not answering the phone

Customer not available at the location

Courier unable to reach the customer


If the package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or wrong address:

A re-delivery fee will be charged

No refund will be issued for used/opened items



Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details or courier contact information.



Delivery Failure


If delivery fails due to courier issues, we will support you in resolving it.

However, Aahad Hair is not responsible for delays beyond our control (weather, traffic, courier backlog, etc.).



Damaged Packages


If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos immediately and contact us the same day.



Lost Packages


If an order is marked as delivered by the courier but the customer claims it was not received, we will help open an investigation with the courier.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided after courier confirmation.
