• Dubai: Same day or next day delivery
• Sharjah / Ajman: Same day or next day delivery
• Abu Dhabi / Al Ain: 1–2 business days
• Other Emirates: 1–2 business days

Shipping Charges

• Shipping / delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If a return is approved, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect Address or No Response
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Customer not answering the phone
• Customer not available at the location
• Courier unable to reach the customer
If the package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or wrong address:
• A re-delivery fee will be charged
• No refund will be issued for used/opened items
