Refund & Return Policy
At Aahad Hair, we want all customers to feel confident with their purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for unopened, uncut, unused hair bundles in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened bundles are not returnable
- Cut bundles are not returnable
- Installed hair (used on the head) is not returnable under any condition
If the bundle has been opened or installed, it cannot be resold, and therefore no refund or exchange can be provided.
Return Time Frame
Eligible items can be returned within 1 day of delivery.
Returns requested after 1 day cannot be accepted.

Delivery / Shipping Charges
If your return is approved:
- Delivery or transportation charges will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
- Only the value of the eligible hair bundle will be refunded
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos or videos so we can review and resolve the issue.
We must be notified on the same day of delivery for damage claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened, cut, or installed hair extensions
- Custom orders or special-length custom bundles
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, you may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
If 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at aahadvu1@gmail.com.
EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Rule)
For customers within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the hair is unopened, uncut, unused, and in its original packaging.
